Oyster Steam Egg by Celine Cheung

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

6 chopped oysters

1/2 tbsp salt

Double steamer

Directions:

Combine 6 eggs and water together (equal amounts), olive oil, 6 chopped oysters and salt.

Mix everything together for 2 minutes until eggs and water are well combined.

Place in double steamer. Put water and eggs in a bowl and leave on top of double boiler and steam. Turn it to all the way low and steam for 30 minutes until eggs are smooth.
