Vegetarian Spring Rolls

The Sauce

I cup veg Hoisin sauce

1 cup water 2 tsp sugar

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 tbs rice wine vinegar

2 tbsp sambal

The Protein

Firm tofu fried in teriyaki sauce


The Vermicelli

Boil in water for 3-5 min

The Salad and Herbs

Lettuce or Napa Cabbage

Mint, Cilantro, Thai Basil

Julienned Carrots

Cucumber slices
