Braised Pork and Egg by Victor Hong
Sauce: soy sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, pepper, green onions, 5 spice powder
Pork ribs (Cut into bite-sized pieces)
Peeled and boiled eggs
Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients
Add bite-size pieces of pork ribs, stew until tender, around 2 hours.
Add peeled, boiled eggs. Adjust seasoning, it should be savory and sweet.
Serve with rice, bread or noodles. It's super versatile!
For a more Southeast Asia flavor, substitute coconut milk for the water. Use fish sauce instead of soy sauce and omit the 5 spice powder
