7.5 Chopsticks

The food was tasty overall and service was quick and friendly (for a Chinese place). There were a couple of dishes that were considered "large" that most places would consider medium. Even though Yelp reviews were all over the place I'd give it a solid 7.5 chopsticks. That oyster is 8 chopsticks though!

It’s great to see a review that cuts through the mixed feedback on other platforms to give a clear, honest perspective on 101 Celcius Dim Sum. Quick service and standout dishes like the oysters definitely make a restaurant worth visiting in Fremont. Highlighting these local favorites is such a helpful service for the community.

Supporting local culinary gems is a great way to strengthen our neighborhoods. Similarly, entrepreneurs looking to grow their reach can benefit from a free business listing for black owned business to connect with new customers. Taking the time for a Business directory submission for black owned business is another powerful way to ensure diverse businesses are easy to find and support. Thanks for sharing this 7.5 chopsticks find!

This review of 101 Celcius Dim Sum is a great find! It’s interesting to see how the experience compared to the mixed reviews on Yelp. I always appreciate a spot where the service is quick and the food hits the mark, especially with standout dishes like that oyster.

Just like discovering a hidden gem for dim sum, I’ve found that consistency is key in other areas of life too. Whether it’s sticking to a dedicated scalp care routine or making time for a High Frequency Facial, finding what works and staying loyal to it makes a huge difference. Thanks for the solid recommendation for the Fremont area!
