7 Chopsticks
Great garlic reman with generous pork belly. side dishes of minced pork, curry minced pork round it out. A Sapporo to wash it down; highly recommend if you're in the San Jose area. I'm going to give this delicious ramen a solid 7/10 Chopsticks. ***(Disclaimer: My current standard for ramen is TSUTA (Tokyo) and DAIKOKU in (L.A.) both which I rate 10 chopsticks ;) So while this shop was by no means bad, at this time I cannot give them more than 7 ;)
